The study explores total awards and award counts from the dataset through various visualizations: • Bar charts highlight award distribution across institutions. • Scatter plots examine the relationship between award amount and count. • Bubble plots visualize award distribution with size indicators. • Time series plots track NSF funding trends over multiple years, with CSU highlighted for comparative insights. The analysis applies data wrangling (dplyr, stringr) and data visualization (ggplot2, ggrepel, scales) in R Markdown.
