Using OECD.stat, found preventable and treatable mortality rates for each country for the latest available year. Compared that to the most current available death rates for COVID per 100,000 from Johns Hopkins University. We have no way of knowing what this year's mortality rates will look like in each country. The point is just to give context to the magnitude of COVID deaths in each country compared to mortality in a "normal" year.
