The objective of this project is to introduce the concept of Voronoi polygons and demonstrate their practical application in designing an air quality monitoring network for California.

The study aims to find the spatial association of spatial location in Baltimore City, Racial status and building quality. Baltimore has long history of racial discrimination and deinvestment steming from the historical injustices. The study analyzes present day impacts of legacy effects of unjust spatial planning.
