Examining the ACLED Top-20 Most Conflict-affected nations' proportionality of mountain-based violent events. Based on spatial extraction of ACLED conflict data from 2020-2024. Countries with disproportionately "high", "very high", and "extremely high" levels of mountain conflicts, display trends of mountain warfare beyond relative frequency of mountains occurring in their respective countries.
