This R markdown outlines my process of creating an interactive map in R which showcases the concentration of Limited English Proficiency (LEP) New Yorkers in each NYC Community District. "Concentration of LEP New Yorkers" refers to the percentage of the population of the community district classified as LEP, or speaking English less than very well.
