The pipeline includes data processing of canopy and fiber-related traits of the cotton diversity panel (DIV) at the University of Arizona. The first part is data transformation and data normality statistics. The second part is data reshaping with the format requirement of the EMMAX pipeline for GWAS.

In this document we use Tidy Tuesday's CIA fact book and Freedom Index datasets to analyse different socio-political features by countries. This project was done for the course Coding 3: Introduction to R under the guidance of Professor Gergely Daroczi. We extend our gratitude to him for his guidance.
