A Simple Selector for Statistical Tests (ANOVA, t-test, regression).

The pipeline includes data processing of canopy and fiber-related traits of the cotton diversity panel (DIV) at the University of Arizona. The first part is data transformation and data normality statistics. The second part is data reshaping with the format requirement of the EMMAX pipeline for GWAS.
