An interactive Flexdashboard designed to monitor clinical trial progress in real-time. It provides key metrics on subject enrollment, screen failures, randomization, demographics, and site performance, along with visualizations of age distribution and adverse events. Built using R, Plotly, and DT for dynamic data exploration, this dashboard supports data-driven oversight for Data Monitoring Committees (DMCs).
