The compareGroups R package creates ready-to-publish descriptive tables typing very simple code. These tables can be exported to Word, Excel, PDF, or inserted in a R-Sweave or R-markdown document. Also a Shiny-based User Interface has been implemented which allows to use compareGroups remotely.
