This paper seeks to compare areas under brush control and no treatment at Setibing landscape in Lesotho. Various rangeland health attributes have been studied.These include biotic integrity, soil surface stability, hydrological functioning and nutrient cycling as well as the productivity of the landscape. It further assesses the strength of relationship between certain variables such as standing crop and litter thickness and distances to the nearest tufts of perennial or annual herb or grass species. we also quantify shrub biomass per species using shrub volume.
