This report presents a Bayesian multiple regression analysis of residential property sale prices using Area, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, CarParks, and PropertyType as predictor variables. The analysis aims to estimate the relationships between these predictors and SalePrice while incorporating the prior information provided by the real-estate expert and accounting for uncertainty in the resulting parameter estimates.

Developed a data preprocessing pipeline in R to clean, transform, merge, and analyse World Bank datasets using tidyverse. Implemented data tidying, feature engineering, missing value imputation, outlier treatment, and data transformation to produce analysis-ready datasets.
