Exploration of Temperature and Precipitation in Schistosomiasis-Endemic Regions. \n There are two sets of climate data samples shown below. The underlying climate data sampled is a 30 year time series (1990-2020) of monthly mean temperature and total precipitation from ERA5. \n One set represents the whole continent of Africa. These are 14,596 point locations evenly spaced apart in a 50km x 50km grid. ERA5 data was sampled at its native 10km x 10km resolution at each individual point for the entire time series. \n The second set represents a resampling of the ERA5 data to a 100km x 100km grid, and only grid cells where there was at least one GNTD point location were sampled. This represents 822 points locations.
