A Study on Business Performance Analysis Using Data Visualization
Business organizations increasingly rely on data analytics and visualization techniques to improve decision-making and evaluate performance. This project focuses on analyzing business performance using data visualization techniques with the help of R programming and modern analytical tools.
The study uses business sales datasets to identify trends, patterns, profitability indicators, customer behavior, and operational efficiency. Various visualization techniques including line charts, bar charts, scatter plots, box plots, heatmaps, histograms, and interactive dashboards are used to transform raw business data into meaningful insights.
The project demonstrates how visualization techniques support strategic business decisions by improving understanding of sales growth, regional performance, customer purchasing patterns, and profitability trends. The findings show that data visualization improves clarity, simplifies complex business information, and supports effective managerial decision-making.
