This capstone project analyzes teen mental health patterns using social media usage data. The dashboard is developed in R using visualization libraries to identify relationships between: Social media usage ,Stress and anxiety levels ,Age distribution & gender distribution. The goal of the project is to create an interactive dashboard and multiple visualizations that help understand how lifestyle habits and digital behavior influence teen mental health. The project uses R programming and visualization libraries to generate meaningful insights from the dataset.
