Understanding the drivers of housing valuation is of importance to help buyers, sellers and agents to make more informed and data-driven decisions.
For this assignment I have made use of a publicly available dataset and have constructed a linear model that seeks to predict Melbourne housing prices, between 2016 and 2018, on the basis of simple property metrics such as land area, building size and proximity to Melbourne CBD.
