Texas Real Estate Market Analysis (2010–2014) This project explores real estate trends in Texas, using historical property sales data. The goal is to provide statistical insights and ggplot2 visualizations to understand: - price distribution across cities, - sales performance over time, - the impact of seasonality on marketing strategies. Through this data-driven approach, we highlight growth trends, recurring patterns, and regional differences that can support strategic decision-making in the real estate sector.
