This analysis investigates whether cost-of-living pressures are driving financial hardship among residential electricity customers. Using key performance indicators from the Compliance and Performance Reporting Guideline (CPRG), the study explores trends in disconnection risk, arrears growth, and tailored financial assistance participation. Key findings reveal a rising number of households struggling to pay their bills, yet actual disconnections have declined. While overall arrears have fallen by 5.85%, this is primarily driven by a drop in low-level debts, while higher debt brackets continue to grow. Additionally, tailored assistance enrollment is increasing, but retention remains a challenge, with 65.4% of program exits due to non-compliance. These insights provide data-driven considerations for policymakers and energy providers looking to strengthen consumer protections and improve financial stability.

I conducted an in-depth analysis of smart device usage data for Bellabeat, focusing on user engagement and activity patterns. Using advanced data analytics techniques, I identified key trends and insights to inform Bellabeat’s marketing strategy. The study highlighted opportunities for product integration, feature visibility, and user incentives, which can drive increased usage and customer satisfaction. This work demonstrates my proficiency in R and Excel, showcasing my ability to leverage these tools for comprehensive data analysis and impactful business recommendations.
