In this project, I used a dataset of all MLB batters with at least 400 plate appearances in the 2025 season who were drafted out of college. I then tested each players' MLB stats to their draft eligible college season to see any possible correlation between the two.

Testing if the physical player traits of MLB shortstops from the 2025 season correlate to their defensive performance, quantified by their Baseball Savant Outs Above Average statistic.
