A collection of RStudio projects completed over six weeks in the Institute for Systems Biology (ISB) DREAM-High program, applying R and computational biology to real biomedical data. The projects move from foundational data skills to analyzing and visualizing complex genomic datasets, including TCGA cancer gene expression, with an emphasis on careful, reproducible scientific interpretation.
