Metastatic spread to regional lymph nodes represents one of the most critical staging transformations and prognostic determinants in colon adenocarcinoma. In this workflow, we will analyse standard clinical registry profiles to determine whether the continuous count of positive lymph nodes can independently predict time to recurrence or overall survival.
