Data taken from "Traffic Crashes" from Norfolk Open Data ( https://data.norfolk.gov/Transit/Traffic-Crashes/w6gf-9gws/about_data ) Crashes that occurred on an interstate were filtered out. A DBScan was performed to find significant clusters. Epsilon was set to 0.001, and minPts was set to 10. The top ten were plotted on a map.
