Depolarization in American government- A replication project
This project replicates Klein & Robinson’s (2019) study on social media and trust in government, shifting the focus to age. Using OLS regression on survey data, results show that younger people exhibit less political interest, while social media significantly affects trust across all age groups. The study tests the robustness of Klein & Robinson’s findings, revealing how age shapes political trust differently for Democrats and Republicans.
Interactive QDA Analysis in R using Shiny
This article presents a Shiny-based application developed for the analysis of sensory data obtained through Quantitative Descriptive Analysis (QDA). It integrates statistical tools such as PCA, ANOVA, reproducibility graphs, and preference mapping into an intuitive interface designed to support researchers, students, and practitioners working in sensory science. A case study with yogurt samples illustrates the full workflow.
