Housing Market Trends and Implications for Buyers
This project examines national and local trends in both home sale prices and rent prices, using Zillow data from 2008 to 2025. We analyze shifts in affordability over time and across cities, focusing on how these trends affect prospective buyers and renters today, especially younger adults entering the housing market for the first time.
