In this activity, I analyzed colon cancer data and related it to the physical aspects of the cell. Then, I looked at how that contributes to the cell's growth and reproduction to portray its invasive nature.
Breast Cancer Expression Data
In this activity, I focused on analysing a large data set sourced from real cancer patients and how the data can overlap to show similarity. I used the information to articulate different tables, box plots, scatter plots, and histograms to express the data clearly. I also focused on finding the mean of said data and how it can relate to the context given.
DREAM-High Breast Cancer Patient Data
This activity focused on extracting percentages using code and creating histograms for data from real cancer patients. This helped me understand the differences and similarities between different cancer patients.
