ゲノミック予測などを行うときに置換効果を用いてモデルを構築することが多い。この置換効果は集団の遺伝子頻度によって大きく値が変化する。選抜を通し、集団の遺伝子頻度が大きく変化する育種においてこの置換効果を用いるのは適切なのか。
