K-pop Groups with the Most Monthly Listeners on Spotify (Late Feb-Early March 2026)

This report presents Practicum Week-4 on Syntax and Control Flow in Data Science Programming using R. It covers conditional statements (if, if-else, if-else if-else) and loop structures (for, while, break, next) applied to a dummy employee dataset of 5 employees. Topics include bonus calculation by performance tier, age-based experience classification, salary filtering, while-loop simulation of salary growth, and a comprehensive HR report. The report also includes 5 ggplot2 visualizations: bar chart (salary comparison), grouped bar chart (bonus by performance), pie chart (experience level distribution), line chart (salary growth simulation), and scatter plot (age vs salary correlation). Each visualization is accompanied by full code and in-depth interpretation.
