This dashboard had the capability to make me conscious of my habits of digital wellbeing. My screen time fluctuated on a weekly basis, although there was a clear decrease in the level since Week 41. Habits can be tracked and healthier daily parameters can be set using such visual clues. This interactive dashboard was developed in R Markdown with the help of ggplot2 and flexashboard as a part of my Data Visualisation task at RMIT University.
