I completed an analysis in RStudio to examine two relationships using Dataset A and Dataset B. I imported the datasets, calculated descriptive statistics, and identified the independent and dependent variables. I checked normality using histograms and Shapiro–Wilk tests to decide whether to use Pearson or Spearman correlations. After selecting the appropriate test for each dataset, I ran the correlation analyses, interpreted significance, direction, and strength, and created scatterplots with lines of best fit to visually assess the relationships. Finally, I reported the results, including means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, p‑values, and interpretations for both research questions.
